Ivan Larkin ACABE MFPWS MPTS practises as a party wall surveyor across London and the South East. Before specialising he spent over 37 years in construction, among other things as an NHBC- and LABC-registered house builder, which means he reads a set of structural drawings the way a builder will use them.
